Everytime I see Father Ted I'm struck by how brilliant it is. Pure genius and Father Jack is possibly one of my favourite tv characters, FECK!!!

Honestly, I have never been a fan of "Father Ted". Seen it many of times, and have friends who really like it. just never been my cup of tea.

I think comedy divides people quite a lot. When I first started going out with Paul I didn't watch half of the stuff I do now. I used to think Alan Partridge and Phoenix Nights were crap but I love them now. There are still things I don't get/like, I can't get my head around the Mighty Boosh and the I.T crowd. I think now I try to have an open mind because it seems I was missing out but I completely agree that tastes vary massively and working in an office where most of the people are similar ages which are older than me I see that all having the same taste as they do is very boring. Viv le differencé!!!

I never 'got' The Mighty Boosh but after being subjected to it time and time again, I've enjoyed it since. IT Crowd is pure brilliance. I don't understand what NOT to get on it. I've never really watched much Father Ted so can't really comment. I just know some people who are big fans. I do have to say though that one of my all time British Comedy favourites has to be Black Books!! Everytime I watch it I'm practically crying with laughter.

PS. Can't STAND Alan Partridge and don't really find Pheonix Nights/Max and Paddy all that funny.
